How to Listen to Podcasts
If you have never listened to a podcast before, here is a bit of helpful information. First of all, you don't need any special software or any special listening device. Simply click on the underlined words below each podcast listing, and the podcast will/should automatically load using Quicktime. Then you can listen to it right at your computer.
Of course, that's not always convenient; it's so much more valuable, time-wise, to listen while running. If you have an MP3 player - no, it doesn't have to be an iPod - you can subcribe to my podcast on iTunes. If you don't have iTunes, you can download it for free. Just Google the word iTunes, and you will be able to access the site where you can download it.
Once you have iTunes on your computer, click on iTunes Store on the left side of your screen. Don't worry, all podcasts are free. Then click on 'Podcasts' in the to menu bar. Last, enter the words "Mojo for Running" in the search box at the upper right.
You should see the Mojo for Running logo and a 'subscribe' button. You can download individual episodes by clicking the 'Get' button or click 'Subscribe' to download curent and future episodes.
